Tell us about the beginning of your interest in darts. I worked in a bar and learned quickly that most everyone there played. I learned the basics of the game and decided that I would buy a set of darts and keep practicing.
In which league(s) do you play? Washington Area Darts Association (WADA).
Which other family members play? My wife Misse.
How far from home do you play? Home bar is only 5 miles away but for league travel and tournament travel it is quite a long way.
How many days per week do you engage in darts? League 2/week practice anywhere from 3-5/week.
What kind of darts do you use: weight! brand? My darts are 24g Custom design made by Atlanta Darts.
What is the most annoying antic you see from other dart players? Lack of sportsmanship and etiquette.
Tell us about conflicts darts created in home or work life? Overall been pretty luck so far!
What goals in darts do you have? To be the best in the world. (always aim high).
What has been your best moment in darts? Induction in the National Darts Hall of Fame 2004.
What’s your advice to a newbie dart player? There will be good and bad…just don’t give up and don’t forget where you came from.
What would make your league better and more fun? Less complaining.
What does the sport need to help it grow and improve its image? A dress code that is actually enforced.
How far would you travel to see national championship playoffs? 5 hrs.
